I had the best lakefront position at this hotel. The view, especially at night, was breathtaking. The traditional two-floors building added to the charm and ambiance of the place. The staff here were incredibly helpful, friendly, and nice. They made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The shower was an amazing experience and the bed was soft and warm. I loved the L'Occitane bathroom goods provided. it was a fantastic stay.
Nothing could have been better.

Lovely Views, Nice Surroundings But Terrible Experience the hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of surrounding nature to explore. the views were amazing, especially during sunset and sunrise. the location in general was very convenient with easy access to local attractions. the outdoor seating areas were really nice.
Poor Service, Dirty Rooms, Unappetising Buffet Unfortunately, the hotel service was not good at all. the staff was unhelpful and ignored us when we needed assistance.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great views of Jinji Lake and the surrounding area. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to assist, creating a pleasant atmosphere.- The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars to explore.
The breakfast options were limited, with not many choices available. The hotel did not meet the expectations of a luxury hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We felt indulged from when we first arrived until we left. the luxurious amenities were beyond our expectations, with an exclusive swimming pool, private facilities in our room and an elegant bar/lounge area. the service was exceptional, with the staff always available and attentive to our needs.
the breakfast buffet ran out of food often, and needed frequent refilling.
